There are four individual “Group Area” picnic grounds available to rent throughout Irvine Regional Park. Each area has its own amenities, restrictions, and rules. They are as follows:
Squirrel Square (Formerly Group Area 1)
Price: $200
Beautiful, central location allows guests to be accessible to all the activities the park has to offer, only steps away from views of the lake.

Deer Den (Formerly Group Area 2)
Price: $200
Large, open grounds, centrally located in the middle of Irvine Regional Park allowing guests to view passing trains and access multiple park activities.

Coyote Corner (Formerly Group Area 3)
Price: $300
Scenic drive to the back of the park; allows for a more secluded event surrounded by nature, and steps away from hiking trails.

Falcon Flats (Formerly Group Area 4)
Price: $400
Conveniently located at the front of the park, guests can enjoy quick access to hiking trails and a scenic walk to the train and pony rides. Open space which is great for team building games and activities.
